Keeping An Eye On Me
Even a pink bow and magic egg could not cheer up Kaliga.  Her ever-vigilant bird friend looked on as she spun deeper and deeper into depression.  Matching striped party hats usually bouyed her spirit, but today she could not or would not forget.  It was the begining of Summer and still snow lightly fell.  Her bird was free and so was she.

Anna Bella lost her shirt early on in the mosh-pit.  It was safety-pinned together as a fashion statement, but came apart like her life as she danced the pogo and slammed into the sweaty throng.  A punk boyo in a Circle Jerks t-shirt threw an elbow and knocked her unconscious.  Just as she was falling to the beer-soaked concrete floor, a chickadee landed on her jester cap.  Later...

Kitchen Hi-Jinx
Roberto completed his diorama and then painted this hyper-realistic interpretation.  His mini-world included all that was sacred to him including his beloved blue balloon dog.  It was a freeze frame of his most iconic belongings.  He would bury it all in the backyard and water it every day until it sprouted a new life.  Later...

To celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary William and Kate attended a costume ball.  The fairytale couple arrived in a purple 1969 Astin Martin covertible but left the top up and had trouble getting it into reverse.  Carpal Tunnel Syndrome prevented either one from doing much royal waving.  They had not held hands in several years.  It was the worst allergy season in recent memory and both suffered.  They had no children, but they had each other.
